Use two short practice sessions to describe a difficulty more clearly. First answer without adding a timed challenge. Write down the detail that decided your answer. In a later session, try a timed practice variant and compare your reasoning, not just the score.
Did you overlook a word, lose track of the question, or need more time to recall a concept? Record what you noticed without turning it into a diagnosis. A timer measures elapsed time, including interruptions; it cannot determine anxiety or reading ability. Pick one adjustment to try, such as rereading the final sentence before selecting an option. This is a study-planning exercise, not treatment or a promise that exam anxiety will disappear.
